Sports Betting
With Decimal Odds, for example 2.5 means that if you bet 1,000 Ks you will receive 2,500 Ks. Asian Handicap factors in a head start to make an evenly matched game more interesting. For example, if Team A is given a −0.5 Handicap, a bet on Team A wins only if Team A wins by at least one goal. You can also view other types of odds available at 8gpm from the Menu.
Yes. In Live Betting, odds change in real time while the match is ongoing, and different markets such as next goal, Next Corner, and goal ownership can appear. Because odds can change quickly during a match, you need to make your decisions fast. 8gpm offers a full range of Live Betting markets.
An Accumulator bet combines two or more matches into a single bet. If any one match loses, the entire bet is lost. The upside is that the odds multiply, so potential winnings can be much higher. Add the matches you want to your Bet Slip, select Accumulator, and submit them all at once.
If a match is officially cancelled, the stake for that match will be returned to your Wallet. If a cancelled match was part of an Accumulator bet, that match is counted at Odds 1.0 and the remaining matches continue to count. If an incident occurs 12 hours or more after the match starts, an adjustment will also be made. See the Terms & Conditions page for full details.
Over/Under 2.5 goals means that if the total goals scored by both teams at full time is 3 or more, Over wins; if it is 2 or fewer, Under wins. Because the .5 is included, there is no exact midpoint at 2.5, so one side must win. This is one of the most popular markets among bettors.
Account Questions

Yes. You can log in to one 8gpm account from any number of devices. When logging in from a new device, an identity check may be triggered, so have your registered phone number or email ready to verify your identity. Logging in with two accounts at the same time is not allowed — you may only hold one account.
Your Password must mix uppercase and lowercase letters, include at least one number, and be at least 8 characters long. Do not use your own Username as your Password. For your security, never share your Password with anyone — 8gpm Support staff will never ask for it. Change your Password regularly, especially on shared devices.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered phone number or email. Once you receive the OTP code, set a new Password. If the OTP has not arrived, check your Spam folder, or get help via 24/7 Live Chat. Have information ready that can confirm you own the account.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount at 8gpm is 30,000 Ks. You can withdraw via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer, and requests can only be submitted once the minimum of 30,000 Ks is reached. Funds normally arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Yes. 8gpm's withdrawal service runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so you can submit a withdrawal request at any time — late at night or early morning makes no difference. The usual processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. If it takes longer than expected, contact us via Live Chat to check.
The normal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. If your funds still haven't arrived after that, check the following — make sure your bank account number is correct, and that your KBZPay or Wave Money number is correct. If the problem continues, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat with your Transaction ID and our Support team will look into it and resolve it.
After claiming the 150% Welcome Bonus, you must complete a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus winnings. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, and you must wager 300,000 Ks before withdrawal is allowed. You can check whether your bonus wagering has been met in the Account Panel while playing with your own deposited funds.
8gpm does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and the banks themselves may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside our control. There are no fees on deposits either — you can start depositing from as little as 10,000 Ks.
VIP Program and Cashback
There are 4 VIP levels as follows — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.9% weekly cashback), Platinum (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). The higher the level, the greater the cashback percentage, and Platinum members receive additional benefits.
Cashback is calculated once a week. Based on your play during that week, you will receive a cashback percentage according to your VIP level. The cashback amount will be added to your Account Wallet and can be used without any wagering requirements. You can check the exact date in your Account Panel.
Your VIP level advances based on how often you play and your overall betting volume. The more you play and the higher your weekly bet amount, the closer you get to the next level. Levels do not drop — once you reach a level, it stays. You can check your current VIP level in your Account Profile.
Platinum VIP players receive 1.2% cashback per week, plus priority access to special promotions, faster VIP service, and personalised Support. Platinum players' requests are treated as a priority and are handled at a higher level of Support.
Baccarat and Table Games
In a Live Dealer Game, you play against a real human dealer streamed via video, which makes the experience feel much more authentic. Unlike regular games that use only an RNG (Random Number Generator), in a Live Game you can watch the dealer physically hold and deal the cards in real time. You can play games like Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger in Live format.
In Baccarat there are two sides — Player and Banker — and the side whose card total is closest to 9 wins. 10s and face cards are worth 0, and Aces are worth 1. If the total exceeds 10, the tens digit is dropped and only the remaining digit counts — for example, 15 = 5. You can bet on Player, Banker, or Tie in advance. The Banker bet generally has a slightly higher win rate but usually carries a small commission.
In Roulette there are different types of bets: betting on a single number on the wheel (0 to 36) for a Straight Up, combining two adjacent numbers for a Split, or broader bets like Red/Black and Odd/Even. The more specific your bet, the higher the odds, while broader bets like Red/Black offer lower odds but more consistent play.
Table limits vary by game type, table, and VIP level. The minimum and maximum bet amounts are clearly displayed when you choose a table, so you can check before you start playing. High-Limit Tables are also available for players who want to bet larger amounts. 8gpm encourages you to set a budget in advance before playing.
Dragon Tiger is a two-sided card dealing game like Baccarat, but simpler. Each side receives just one card, and the side with the higher card wins. Baccarat involves additional card drawing rules (Third Card Rule), while Dragon Tiger determines the result instantly by comparing card values, making it faster and more straightforward. Dragon Tiger is often said to be easy for first-time players to pick up.
